Signing on my friend's account for a minute...one of these days I'll create my own.

I've been doing UW and am hoping to get to QBank before I take the test in May. For those of you who have done both, how do the %s on UW compare to QBank? Does a 70% on UW correspond to a 70% on QBank?

And what does a consistent 70% on QBank mean come test day anyway? 220? 230?

Thanks everyone!

dunno if this will help as i used the qbook instead of the qbank for kaplan

on a consistent basis i can get about 60-70% on UW on a timed, random, unused Qs mode

on kaplan qbook, lowest i have gotten on a section of 50qs was probably no lower than 70%

and i find the kaplan qbook to be lot easier than UW imo

I scored about the same on kaplan and UW (75-90%; my scores in Qbank were higher on average, but I was a lot more consistent with my scores in UW). However, I feel a higher score in UW better translates into a higher score on step 1.

If you're averaging 70%+ on UW, I'd say you're in great shape to hit 240+

i averaged 70% and hit 248 and my other friends who are averaging around the same have hit 244 and 240 on NBME #2 about 3 weeks before their tests so i guess it bodes well
