Hi there,
It is not a question of the "top notch" programs in vascular surgery but more of a question of avoiding those programs that are poor. As I am going to be interviewing this year, I will send you a PM of the programs that I found to be sub-par and told to avoid for various reasons. Fortunately, there were not too many.
