I think submitted the survey but now when I log in, it still shows up. Does it mean it didn't go through? Maybe I pressed something other than submit?

No, you should be o.k. It did that with me too. It won't update again until they notify you that you've been presented to the committee and that you'll be considered for the next round of offerings.
