VCU, University of Illinois @ Chicago, or Temple Dental???

I feel very fortunate to have been accepted to all these schools, but now comes the decision time! I am a resident of Virginia and have gone to undergrad at Richmond and so I would see the same city for the next 4 years if I attended VCU. Buuut, I was offered a 60Kscholarship ($15K per year) to attend VCU. However, I very much do like Chicago and Philadelphia... What are some pros and cons of each school and how do you guys think they rank?
