Verbal - Improving Speed?

Hey guys,

Ive been praticing verbal for while now, mostly doing 3 passages a day and giving myself only 25.5 min (since your suppost to be taking 8.5m per passage), but I keep running out of time for that last passage.

I know most of the suggested advice like not looking back and just using the main idea but im still running out of time. I don't if im spending too much time analyzing each question or just not reading fast enough or formulating a main idea quick enough.

I wonder if you guys can make some suggestions?

You should be allowing yourself 2-3 min for reading the passage and 1 minute per question. You cant give yourself the same amount of time per passage considering some are longer. Count up the time this way...it works.
