Verifying that your application is complete

I LOVE it how U Penn breaks down everything about your application in their Check Application Status webpage - showing if recs and transcripts arrived, dates, etc. U Pitt also has a "Check App" option online. What other schools do this?

A lot of schools send emails letting you know that your app is complete. My question is what are you guys doing about the schools that don't email you or let you check status online? Are you calling each of the schools to make sure that everything got there ok?

I've been calling here and there, making sure I keep track of the last date I called (and what they told me). The last thing I want to do is make a pest of myself.
