Victorian hospitals - which are considered most supportive of juniors?

Hey everyone! I'm currently a student in VIC thinking about which hospital to intern at. Given I want to enter what's considered a competitive specialty I'm thinking it will be good to go to a big 4 hospital (?unsure if this is the right line of thinking), but I don't want to end up somewhere that doesn't have a good culture towards juniors. Looking for any info about hospital cultures, which are considered better than others in terms of support, unpaid over time etc, as this info isn't readily available elsewhere.
