I matched to residency and would like to apply for J1 visa. As of now dates for interview appointment are heavily booked and are not available until July even in emergency qouta. It is not possible to book an appointment without form 2019 and there is no way for an fmg living in India to get the form 2019 before May. What is the solution? I would very much appreciate if other fmgs in similar predicament get in touch with me with some ideas.
