Visiting electives at U Marlyand Trauma, Columbia SubI, Denver SubI - Advice???

I will be starting my elective rotations within the month First I'll stop at University of Maryland Schock Trauma OR, then Columbia Presbyterian Surg (SubI), and finally U Colorado Surg (SubI at UC Hospital)... Basically, does anyone have any feedback on any of these? What are the schedules like? Any info on attendings? What is expected and how I can STAND OUT??? I'd really appreciate it....
