Ok in case you guys didn't know. A few TPR teachers got together and made a 36 hour DVD set called VisualAid MCAT.

My question:

How would you guys compare the two?

These are the "pros" and "cons" i've come up with:

Pro (of the DVD)

-you can re-look at the lectures at a later date
-you can make your own schedule. Watch it when you please.
-you pay a little bit less

Cons (of the DVD)

-you can't ask questions
-you don't get the same reading material, the books!
-you lack the structure that the classroom course provides
-you won't get the support group that the classroom provides.

Now this is coming from a person who has not experienced neither the course, nor the DVDs. So i am really just stating the obvious.

Now this is what i want from you: (please)

If you are in the same boat (have not taken either) please comment on some other obvious things that i missed.

.....Or (and this one will be the greatest help)

If you have taken a look at the VisualAid, tell us about it. Can you compare it to a course? What did it lack? Did you find yourself snoozin through it?

cheers,
