Would you say 300 hrs of volunteering is enough?

If you did those 300 hours of volunteering over the course of a long period of time, then maybe...if however, you volunteered 40 hours a week over a 7-8 week period, then no because it looks like you're just trying to check things off a list. Medical schools are looking for commitment to one's activities over a long duration. The total number of hours is pretty much irrelevant. Think quality over quantity.

Yes exactly what I thought! Thank you so much! I still donate some of my personal time towards volunteering right now. I've made many relationships with the hospital staff and received a great amount of knowledge from doctors over the past 3 years and continuing.
