Volunteering Opportunities with Children & Teens?

My husband is interested in doing some non-clinical volunteering with me and would prefer to work with children or teens. He has extensive coaching experience and I can see him volunteering in that capacity. I love tutoring, and would probably do something along those lines. I've thought of Boys & Girls Club, but wanted to see if anyone had other suggestions. Big Brothers/Sister is probably out of the question because we cannot commit to a full 12 months, but we will be here for the school year.
