    Hi ,
Just go to google search and type "TOEFL practice test for free" and u'll get many web sites there and if u want info on the exam just go to ETS web site u will surely get what u want to know.
Well the best thing to do for preperation is to go to ur local library and they will have lot of material (including audio /cd ) which will help u prepare for the exam.
I didnt give IBT so cant say much abt it  hope this was of help!!
    take care,bye!!

I've heard some people said that the paper-based questions are relatively easier than those of the computerized-based. Don't know if there's any truth to that. Does anybody know???
