They have me set up in Jan. Do you think I should call and schedule ahead perhaps for Dec?

Tell me everything I need to know about UW (I know a lot already). What shoes? What are easy on the feet? I hate stockings so are pants okay?? OOHHHHHHHH I can't wait.

WOW, that's awesome!!! Are you in-state or out of state? I know their interview is really focused on ethical stuff, so don't be surprised if they start asking you questions like, if your patient was dying, what would you do to ease their pain?, etc, etc. Good luck and ask around, I believe SMW interviewed there last year and I'm sure there are some other peeps that did too, take care and congrats again!

My secondary was turned in Mid Oct.

I did the research on their stats and apparently 84% of people of those instate people that applied get an interview.

Our of those 84%, only 39% get an acceptance.

Again, these are instate stats. How good is that?

As for shoes, oh my god, mine are so comfortable. When I went shoe shopping for interviews, I tried to go beyond my usual "fashion over function" tendencies. Thankfully, the shoes I got are pretty cute and SOOO comfy. Go to The Naturalizer - they are the mary janes with a two inch heel. Did I already say they are amazingly comfortable? They just move with your feet. From day one - no breaking in necessary. I have worn them a lot and they are still wonderful.
