One room up for rent from May to August in a 2 story house.
The house is walking distance from the hospital (3 blocks)
House has a large kitchen, large living room, a laundry room, and a nice back yard.
Rent is $350 plus utilities
I have 2 roomates who will be living in the house all summer, one guy one girl.
The bedroom up for rent is upstairs and you will be sharing a bathroom with one more person (a guy)
We own a little dog (who is very friendly) and thus you must be pet friendly.
I am going to be volunteering abroad over the summer and i am looking to sublet my room for the summer. I will be gone from the 2nd week of May until the first week of August. I am willing to be flexible on the move in move out date for a few weeks in either direction.
