Have you volunteered/shadowed/attended events at any dental schools? Yes, pre dental day Houston, El Paso and San Antonio. UTHSCSA LEAD program 2020 and 2021.

Misc Info/Things not stated elsewhere/Red Flags: Low DAT is my main concern. From south America and did not know English when I moved to the US, Dad is a dentist in homecountry, Really strong personal statements where I discuss my journey and all the things I have done to this point to become a dentist.
School list:
Dallas
Houston
San Antonio
El Paso
ASDOH
Midwestern Arizona

I have in mind to apply to these schools: MOSDOH, Meharry, Midwestern Illinois, LECOM. Any advice for those schools, is worth the shot?

Thank yall

EDIT1: I was interviewed last cycle at UTHSCSA, I think my DAT did not help much against other strong applicants that is why I re took the test, not satisfy with my scores but working and studying at the same time was very challenging. Definitely not looking to re take the test 🙁

Yes, I stated the date of my 3rd DAT in both applications. I took it last Saturday. I added an important detail to my post, I was interviewed at UTHSCSA last cycle and it was in January 2024.

Thanks! I only applied to Texas last cycle since my goal was to stay, but now I am just gonna apply where we see ourselves living, also my wife would be a nurse and will help with expenses and housing. San Antonio was my only interview, I am adding those 2 schools from Arizona to my list. I want to apply to these schools MOSDOH, Meharry, Midwestern Illinois and LECOM but not sure if I have a chance though.
