1. 3.2x cGPA, 3.0x sGPA, as calculated by AMCAS
2. 504 (126, 129, 124, 125) -> 512 (126, 127, 128, 131) -> 507 (126, 126, 128, 127). (I know this reflects poorly on my application, I got the 512 in 2021 and the 507 in 2024.)
3. Arizona resident
4. Mexican/White
5. One of the 4 year universities in Arizona
6. ~3,500 hours scribing, ~200 hours hospital volunteering
7. 0 research experience
8. 100 hours shadowing family medicine physician
9. ~150 hours volunteering distributing food to the homeless
10. ~120 hours training new scribes, ~5000 hours working in retail over a period of 4 years
11. N/A
12. Other things that may be important: first generation college student from a rural, medically underserved area, SES disadvantaged, FAP recipient. The 5000 hours in retail were accrued while working to support myself through undergrad.

@Faha I am not fluent in Spanish, on my application I marked my proficiency as "good" although I am trying to improve. I have not yet applied to the schools on my list

You have many state public schools on your list that admit very few non residents (if any) with your stats and no connection to the state. If you are planning to apply to MD schools this cycle you need to submit your application this week and all your secondaries by late September.
Your best chances are at DO schools and I suggest these:
AZCOM
TUNCOM
BCOM (both schools)
UIWSOM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
DMU-COM
CCOM
MU-COM
ACOM
WCU-COM
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
Touro-NY
NYITCOM (both schools)
NOVA
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
LMU-DCOM
For MD schools I suggest these:
University of Arizona - Tucson
University of Arizona - Phoenix
Creighton
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
Tulane
NOVA MD
TCU
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Wayne State
Oakland Beaumont
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Alice Walton (when it opens)
Roseman (when it opens)

Thank you so much!

very similar gpa's, 506 mcat and also from rural underserved area. I was interviewed and/or accepted at:
SHSUCOM, UIWCOM, ACOM, LUCOM, ATSU-KCOM, WCUCOM, one of my instate MD Schools, VCOM, ARCOM and all of these schools brought up my rural background in interviews and were curious about it. I would think you would have luck at any of these based on how similar our stats are.

If you haven't applied yet, do some networking with your state MD schools and the DO schools on your wishlist.

one more thing - I saw you have the Baylor post bacc on your list. It might be better for you to do a post bacc or SMP in a state that is more OOS friendly or at a school that will give preference to those who complete their post bacc - Baylor med school is like 95% in state students. They are a great school with major name recognition in the Texas/South but it might be better for you to get a masters or postbacc with ties to a school or state you want to apply to/in.

GWU says on MSAR that they do not consider graduate/post-bacc credits for applicants with a lower GPA. I'm guessing they recently changed that? I've frequently seen this school recommended for reinventor applicants

Yes, I have seen it recommended for reinventors also.
