Trying to make my school list and was hoping for some help.

1. 3.43 uGPA, 3.00 usGPA. 40 credits post grad all 4.0 got me to 3.51 cGPA and 3.38 sGPA
2. 514 130/128/128/128
3. Wisconsin
4. White
5. Small local 4 year uni
6. 5000 hours Covid ICU Nurse, 1000 hours ER Tech, 700 hours CNA
7. 200 hours in chemistry lab with a poster
8. 50 hours shadowing derm, gas, PCP, hospitalist
9. 180 hours as a homeless shelter volunteer making food, doing laundry, other random stuff
10. Sepsis committee representative for my unit, unit council chair for my unit, charge nurse, preceptor, o chem TA
11. I like powerlifting and I’m a home cook.

School list suggestions or any other ways to improve my app would be appreciated!

It is a college within the UW system (UW Madison). I did post grad as a DIY post-bacc taking mostly prereqs but all upper level science courses. I’ve had a 4.0 my last 4 semesters but my freshman and sophomore years brought me down.
