Please help me form a school list! Do I need more clinical hours? Both of my research activities took place in a clinical setting but I'm not sure if I could double-dip in research and clinical volunteering?

cGPA: 3.67
sGPA: 3.65
MCAT: 518

Volunteer Experiences:
-Hospital (200 hours)
-Soup Kitchen (100 hours)
-Crisis Text Line (75 hours)
-Tutor (100 hours)

Extracurriculars:
-Cancer Outreach Team (75 hours)
-Vietnamese Scouts (500+ hours)
-Mentor to an At-Risk High School Student (25 hours)

Professional Experience:
-Worked Part-Time at an Aquarium (500+ hours)
-Worked at CVS Pharmacy during summer (120 hours)

Research:
-Alzheimer's Lab (150 hours)
-Schizophrenia Lab (100 hours)
(No pubs for either)

Shadowing:
-25 hours shadowing a Hospitalist
-20 hours shadowing EM Physician

Hobbies:
-Have played the piano for all of my life, self-taught

Red Flags:
-2 alcohol violations. The 2nd alcohol violation was a year and a half ago.

The alcohol violation is what, a misdimeanor? Other than those red flags, you should aim high as Goro said.

State of Residence: CA

Neither of them was a misdemeanor. They were both IA from my university. Also, this is my tentative school list right now. I know it's a lot (44 schools) but I figured it's better to be safe than sorry. Are there any schools you would add/cut? Also, when you say aim high, do you mean top 20s? I feel like my GPA is not even at the 10th percentile for those schools and my research doesn't warrant me applying to them either.

Here is my list. Your IA's are problematic especially considering you didnt learn your lesson after the first one. I hope you have a good explanation for adcoms.
You are above the 10th percentile for sgpa, gpa at these schools and they take greater than 25% OOS applicants.
