As said, international student of Indian origin but have been in rural US for the past ten years until my undergrad.
I need help with my school list, specifically MD. I am very strongly applying DO just because I have a way better chance with my stats and experiences but I would like to reasonably throw my hat in for MD schools as well.

Stats:
505 MCAT, 3.71 GPA 3.55 sGPA
Hospice Clinical Care(started off with volunteering but ended up doing PCT role without getting paid)- 650+ hours
Free Clinic in underserved community - 40 hours
CKD research - 1000+ hours
Free Kidney disease screening and awareness program - 500 hours - worked with MDs to provide kidney screening for free in underserved areas - leadership position
cultural organization - 1000+ hours with leadership and helping acclimate new international students to the US
founding member of international pre med org - 500 hours with leadership
Catholic community on campus with leadership specifically worked with immigrant/ international students - 350 hours
MD shadowing in pulm and critical care + internal med + cardiology = 200+ hours and DO shadowing of 60 hours
Food Pantry Volunteering - 100 hours

Do you have permanent resident status, having been in the US for over 10 years?
If so this will expand the number of schools you can apply to.
Unfortunately, no. I will not be able to receive my green card before I turn 21 and will most definitely have to switch to an f-1 visa (Currrently on H-4 as I graduate college before I turn 21).

TCU is the only possible MD school with a MCAT of 505 as an international applicant. Also check with the newer DO schools to see if they accept applications from internationals. These include Touro-Montana, RVU-Montana, KHSC-COM, BUCOM, DUQCOM, OCOM. D'Youville may also open later this year.
