I would love recommendations on my school list:

ORM (white), NE resident, 1 gap year
Major in Biology, Minor in Biochemistry - cGPA: 3.8
MCAT: 489 (first attempt) -> 503 (retake)
Clinical experience: 3500+ hours (medical assistant, lab tech, CNA)
Volunteering: ~50 hours (emergency department volunteer)
Non-Clinical Experience: 600+ hours (teaching assistant and tutor)
LOR: Four strong letters, two MD, two PhD
Shadowing: 70 hours (in person)
Personal Statement: Very strong
Extensive leadership experience in college organizations

How is my school list? I plan for this to be my ONLY cycle, so let me know anything I should add/remove. I have not submitted through AMCAS or AACOMAS yet.

School List MD:
UNMC (in-state)
Creighton (in-state)

Your MCAT scores of 489 and 503 are not competitive for some of the MD schools on your list. I suggest these MD schools:
UNMC (in-state)
Creighton (in-state)
Wayne State
TCU
Belmont
Eastern Virginia
Drexel
Temple
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Alice Walton (when it opens)
Roseman (when it opens)
You should receive DO interviews and I suggest these:
ATSU-Kirksville
ACOM
DMUCOM
Midwestern-Chicago & Arizona
VCOM-Auburn
KCU
NYITCOM-Long Island & Arkansas
LMU-DCOM
PCOM
RVUCOM
RVSOM
LMU-DCOM
WUCOM-California
TUCOM-California & Nevada
LECOM (all schools)
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
CUSOM
UIWSOM
ARCOM

If all of your non-clinical experiences center on teaching and tutoring, you likely won't have enough "service orientation" activities for most medical schools. You should have at least 150 hours working with food distribution, shelter volunteering, job/tax prep, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation.
