Leave off Dean's list and the award category on AMCAS. Try to get volunteer hours at your local food bank, homeless shelter, soup kitchen etc. Aim to gain 100 hours over the next 2 months.

I lean to categorizing it more as a non-clinical activity unless this is specifically music therapy.

Your application would be stronger with at least 100 hours of community service in the form of food distribution, shelter work, job placement services, or housing rehabilitation. Your other work is more like teaching or tutoring.
