Minnesota, Missouri accept few non residents with no connections to the state. You could add these schools:
Boston University
Hofstra
Einstein
Rochester
Pittsburgh
Case Western
Miami
USF Morsani
St. Louis

You might wanna consider changing your avatar to preserve anonymity. You're very identifiable from your post.

-Shadowing is good.
-Your clinical volunteering hours are pretty low. You want to get those >200
-Your non clinical volunteering I think is lethally weak.
-Your hobby of lifting has far more hours than any of your other activities.

Honestly, other than your GPA and MCAT, this is a really cookie cutter application IMO. You're an ORM with good stats but very lackluster ECs. Personally, I don't think your application can compete at schools like Michigan, Case, Emory, or Pitt. If I were you I would take time to beef up your ECs for at least a year before I applied, particularly focusing on service to the underserved and further clinical exposure.

Best of luck!

Get 200+ hours each in clinical and nonclinical volunteering. Then you will be good.

As of right now, chances are zero with those ECs. You have almost nil clinical exposure and nonclinical volunteering.
