Shadowing: 50 hrs Anesthesiology, 75 hrs e-shadowing primary care
Executive Officer for 1 year in school org
Started/President of student org focused on volunteering
Summer Intern at gene therapy company: ~450 hrs
Awards: Sophomore excellence award, Dean's list all semesters, Multiple Drawing/Painting awards
Hobbies: Art (mentioned above), Basketball, Football

Schools: looking to cut down / apply to schools that better fit my profile

I've heard that Creighton prefers applicants with A++ community service records. It's hearsay, so take it with a grain of salt. Also, unless you have some connection to CA, I'm not sure that I would bother with Keck -- I have similar stats and some connection to CA, and I got no love whatsoever from CA last cycle.
