    6. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer): 100 hours in an ER (trying to get this number higher but most hospital here are still skeptical of allowing volunteers due to Covid
    7. Research experience and productivity: 1300 hours neurobiology lab (thesis and 1 poster), 200 hours in a microbiology lab and 100 hours on an online summer program
    8. Shadowing experience and specialties represented: 100 hours (50 primary care, 25 orthopedic surgery, and 25 radiology)
    9. Non-clinical volunteering: (300 hours with the Red Cross, 100 hours working with a suicide hotline, 500 hours tutoring, and 50 hours delivering food and clothing to homeless people)
    10. Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc): Vice-president of a college organization for a year, Leadership position inside the Red Cross
    11. Relevant honors or awards: Deans List every semester, College Honor's Program Member
    Any help in making a list or advice will be greatly appreciated. My main concern is my low clinical exposure. Thanks.
