You have a good MCAT but your GPA is on the low side for schools such as Stanford, Emory, WashU, Michigan, Mayo and the Texas schools (except Baylor) accept few non residents. Consider adding Creighton, Medical College Wisconsin, Drexel, Temple and Jefferson.

Do you have any clinical volunteering?

Do you see patients in your ER RA role? If so I would emphasize that and try to aim for 150 hours so by June.

Here i a more realistic list, considering that your GPA is < the 10th %ile at a number of these schools, or that they heavily favor IS applicants.

Emory
George Washington
Georgetown
Loyola - Chicago Stritch
Mayo
Rosalind Franklin
Saint Louis University
Tulane
U Colorado - Anschutz
U Oklahoma
Wake Forest

Invest in MSAR Online and target schools whose median GPAs are closest to yoru own, and pay very careful attention to the Acceptance Information pages.
