Resident - US citizen but not a resident of any state
Undergrad Institution - T30 university
Clinical experience - 6000< hours where most of it comes from working at a (non-US) military hospital, the rest from a medical outreach program during a summer
Research experience - 1000< hours with 1 publication as 3rd author
Shadowing - about 250 hours
Non-clinical volunteering - about 65 hours
