WAMC and Help With School List, Please

1. 24 y/o white male- non trad
2. State of residence: Massachusetts
3. BS Chemistry: 3.1 sGPA, 3.37 cGPA at top 50 undergrad
4. 2 year special masters program: GPA 3.72 (alongside med students) with straight A's for the last 3 semesters
5. 506 (129/122/127/128)
6. ~4000 hours of clinical experience spread out over 4 years (EMS-volunteer & ED Tech/ coordinator-paid)
7. ~600 hours research
8. ~200 hours non-clinical volunteering
9. Collegiate athlete throughout undergrad
10. Strong LORs (2 science professors, 2 physicians, 1 athletic coach)

I spent months working on my CARS score and I wasn't able to improve much at all. I know that score would be approximately the same if I were to retake (I'm not anticipating to sit again for the MCAT). I'm a bit worried that the CARS score could screen me out of some schools. I made the first draft of my school list and am looking for honest feedback as to which schools I should remove/ add.
