MD & DO WAMC and school list help? 3.8 cGPA and sGPA. 516 MCAT

Here is my initial draft of schools i made with MSAR data. I looked at OOS acceptance rates.

WAMC?

Minor: Chemistry

Shadowing Experience: 10 hours with Radiologist, 20 hours with Cardiologist, 24 hours with PCP,
Volunteering Experience:

Nonclinical: 200 at local food pantry.

Did 300 hours of private tutoring through undergrad with local high school students that was volunteer but think this would probably land in Teaching part.
Employment:

Clinical:

300 hours as a medical assistant and scribe in cardiology 2021-22

140 hours as PRN allergy clinic MA (2022-now)

Scribe for ENT 900 hours at time of applying.

Total: 1,340
Research:

200 hours in wet lab organic chem lab,

Clinical Research coordinator for two trials at my cardiology job: 350 hours.

Total: 550

Cashier- Walmart – 360 hours

Delivery Driver - Covid – 350 hours

LOR type and strength: 1 strong one from PI for wet lab, 1 strong one from anatomy prof, 1 generic from art teacher, 1 strong one from physician I scribe for
Misc Info/Things not stated elsewhere/Red Flags: Was in pharmacy school for Fall 2020 before switching out to pursue medicine after I had the chance to work in a hospital near physicians during P1 rotations during 2020 covid. 2018-22’ class.

I also am currently employed by the medical school I would like to attend.

You do not have a good school list. For example SIU admitted zero non residents in recent years. Meharry are Morehouse are HBCU schools that prefer applicants from the African American community. I suggest these schools with your stats:

You do not have a good school list. For example SIU admitted zero non residents in recent years. Meharry are Morehouse are HBCU schools that prefer applicants from the African American community. I suggest these schools with your stats:

Thank you, appreciate the feedback! Yea I saw that SIU did not admit any MO non IL residents but I spoke to a resident that went there and she thinks I can speak to adcoms about applying since I lived there for 5 years and have ties.

How recently were you living in Springfield? Which campus?
