Here are my extracurriculars:
Clinical volunteering: 100 hrs last summer + going back for more from May till December
Non-clinical volunteering: 200+ hrs at food bank
Research:
1000+ hrs as student leader on organic chemistry research project
-Best poster at international conference
-upcoming poster presentation at international conference (july)
-upcoming poster presentation at national confernce (sept.)
-poster presentation at university conference (2018)
Fulltime research at biotech startup for 6 months (1000 hrs)
Lab Assistant (300 hrs)
This summer, will be conducting global health research abroad with a doctor.
Leadership:
Conference organizer (1000+ hours)
-organized undergraduate conference on global health
-organizing a second conference to be held 2020
-oral presentation at national conference
Founder of sustainability action committee for students (400 hrs)

Any help is appreciated! I'm worried about the cost of all these schools and was wondering if I should switch out some of the top tier for lower tier schools.
