8. 40+ hours EACH shadowing in orthopedic, orthopedic surgery, sports medicine/family medicine and
9. Non-clinical volunteering: Work with the Make-A-Wish foundation, way over 500 hours; standardized patient
10. Was a head manager in a D1 Basketball program; Done research abroad; On 2nd gap year (first was half volunteering in a pediatric hospital half of the year and second half was in Israel working in a hospital as an exercise physiologist/doing research)
