I am wondering what my chances would be if I applied ED at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Would that be completely idiotic? MCW is far and away my top choice. I grew up in Wisconsin, my GF is getting her masters in Milwaukee, and I honestly would like nothing more. I have deep roots here and would love to stay. Their satellite campuses in Green Bay and Wausau are also great options I am seriously considering. No matter how many schools I apply to, if I get an acceptance at MCW I am already sold. I understand my application is not stellar by any means due to lower GPA and low volunteering hours, but I wouldn't want to spend hundreds of dollars applying broadly when I know for sure my top choice. Any and all feedback is much appreciated. Thank you!

**GPA - I attended a small, academically rigorous private school my freshman year (2 semesters). In hindsight, I was NOT ready for college, i.e. finished with a 2.63 GPA including 8.0cr of C-'s in Calc I and II. Summer after freshman year, I transferred to a smaller public school in the University of Wisconsin system, and averaged a 3.76 GPA in my remaining 7 semesters (dean's list every semester and highest honors 3 semesters including an A- in a Calc I retake). I am worried adcoms will be skeptical of my GPA differences between the two schools and subsequent upward trend.
