The GPA is not bad enough to close any doors for you, especially with your combo of MCAT/military service/ECs. Maybe try to add some experience in primary care through volunteering/shadowing.

We don't know your grade trends but I would not recommend a post bac. Your GPA looks strong enough for a good application. Don't shoot for a top 20... just get in somewhere that fits you.
