You'll sweep the Top 20. Probably Top 5 too. I'll be pretty shocked if a school like HMS or UCSF doesn't take you in. I'm serious.

Thank you, I was seriously doubting if I had a solid shot. Is there any part of my app that you would recommend improving before I apply?

You can try to get more hours volunteering for the underserved.

Nothing is guaranteed, it's hard to predict at that level, but you have a strong a shot as any for those schools - I'm sure you will at the very least get a few top 10 interviews, which I say for very few applicants; after that it's up to you. I would definitely however apply to state schools and some safeties though.

My URM male friend had meh ECs and similar stats to you, and this cycle he got into a T20 so far and interviewed at Harvard. I'd say you have a great shot
