You have a decent shot for DO... just skip the state schools like RowanSOM and MSUCOM.

Stats wise you are competitive for just about every school. Just have a good explanation for the low CARS score. Also I'd definitely apply to your local MD school since you're from Arkansas.

You should apply to your Arkansas MD school and at least 10 DO schools. You have ARCOM and NYIT-Arkansas in Arkansas and you are a strong candidate for both of them.
