I'm waiting on some LORs and they said they won't be able to get to it anytime soon because I contacted them late :(((
but do I seem like I have a decent chance? i feel like my extracurriculars are kinda lacking

you have a decent chance, i would add more in-person shadowing at minimum
it will depend on your school list and how early you can apply, TBH

I see! i'll kindly urge my profs to write the LORs earlier then haha >.< thank you!

I suggest that you make a guideline for your Professor to use to make it easier for them to write the LOR. Many get overwhelmed this time of year and put requests for LOR on the back burner. If you make it easier for them perhaps you will get a faster response.

Just my 2 cents.

International applicant here from the past cycle. My advice would be to submit your app as early as possible. I submitted mine in the end of June. Some schools did not review my app until late Nov or even Jan. Remember the spots for international students are very limited. If it is late, your spot might be filled with someone who do not have a strong background as you.
The other international friendly schools: NYU, USC and UMich (surprisingly)
