Here it is:
-sGPA ~3.0, cGPA ~3.35. I was a major ****-up my first two years of college, but in years 3-5 I maintained a cGPA and sGPA of around 3.9.
-Grad GPA 4.0. (2 year M.S. program) I know gGPA isn't really weighted at all, but figured I'd throw it in anyways.
-520 MCAT, 129/131/130/130. My saving grace.

I feel like my ECs are overall decent, volunteering may be on the low side:
-800hrs research in two settings. A poster, and a regional conference presentation, no pubs.
-2000hrs clinical employment in ED.
-250hrs unpaid clinical internship for school.
-70hrs shadowing, primarily EM
-60hrs ED volunteering
-150hrs non-clinical volunteering (Meals on Wheels)
-250hrs TAing for an undergraduate human gross anatomy course
-Awards: chosen as outstanding senior in my major, awarded best research talk at summer research internship
-4 years working as shift manager in restaurant (while taking full-time classes)
-Hobbies: play piano and guitar, took lessons throughout most of college. Been self-teaching spanish with duolingo/rosetta stone for past 1.5yrs

I really don't have the resources to apply to more than like 25 schools. Right now I have 21, 19 MD and 2 DO (NY resident btw):
Albany
Cornell (i know, lol)
Drexell
George Wash
Einstein
NYMC
NYITCOM
PCOM
Penn State
Quinnipiac
Stony Brook
SUNY Buffalo
SUNY Downstate
SUNY Upstate
Temple
Thomas jefferson
U Cincinnati
U Colorado
U Mass
U Rochester
U Vermont

Would appreciate thoughts on my chances/school list and any changes you might make. Thanks!

Remove unrealistic schools such as Cornell, Rochester (only 3 NY residents matriculated with cGPA less than 3.5) and UMass (you are not a state resident).
I suggest adding these schools:
NOVA MD
TCU-UNT
Creighton
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola

NY resident. Describe your non-clinical volunteering. How much work did you do at the restaurant, and was it during your undergraduate? How many years/credits was your graduate study?

Non-clinical volunteering all at one site, Meals on Wheels. Primarily work in kitchen assisting paid staff by preparing and packing meals, doing dishes, etc. Now that I'm thinking about it I have probably another 25hrs or so at random events. As far as the restaurant work, I worked about 15-20hrs/wk during undergraduate (full-time studies). Graduate studies were a 2yr M.S., 60 credits.
