I just received my MCAT score today and I was really disappointed... I got a 509 (126 125 129 129) During my MCAT, there was heavy construction outside all the time which definitely disturbed me... The Testing Assistants asked me to file a complaint to AAMC and I did. They provided me with a letter proving that there was disturbing construction during my exam which I can show medical schools... I don't know if this letter will help me.
I am an ORM, immigrated to the US during my high school, so English is my second language. I just graduated from underg with 3.75 cGPA and 3.65 sGPA (upward trend: 3.75+ for Junior year and 4.0 for senior year)

You could add any of these schools:
SUNY Downstate
Stony Brook
Quinnipiac
Jefferson
Penn State
George Washington
Georgetown
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Remove Rutgers, Cooper and Commonwealth since they accept few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state.
Add more DO schools such as:
