I’d like to reduce my list by about 5-10 schools at least. Any advice on which ones to remove (or potentially add) would be much appreciated!

Have you looked at the MSAR? You have some schools on your list that accept few OOS.

Remove UNLV, Cooper Rowan, UA (Phoenix & Tucson), Louisville, Wayne State, Minnesota, Utah, Indiana, Rutgers and the Florida schools since they give a strong preference to their own residents and accept very few non residents with your stats. Consider adding these schools:
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Temple
Jefferson
Georgetown
St. Louis
Also apply to at least 8 DO schools and you are competitive for all DO schools.

Invest in MSAR Online, and target schools who have median acceptee stats closest to you. Pay VERY careful attention to the Acceptance Information pages, as you will see that many of the schools on your list are unfriendly to OOSers, such as Rowan and U MN. UNLV will be only accepting Nevadans this cycle.

Have DO schools on your list; beggars can't be choosy. Your stats are close to or below the 10th%ile for a lot of MD schools.
