Not an adcom but between being an ORM and having 3 MCAT takes, you should definitely add some more DOs

Did you receive any interviews or wait list in your previous cycles ?
My first cycle, I did not receive any interviews.
My second cycle (2019-2020), I only interviewed at EVMS and was waitlisted/rejected.

I suggest adding these MD schools to your application:
West Virginia
Wake Forest
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Seton Hall
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Medical College Wisconsin
St. Louis
Creighton
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
Florida Atlantic
Florida International
Central Florida
For DO schools consider adding these:
CUSOM
MU-COM
DMU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
AZCOM
LECOM (all schools)
WVSOM
ACOM

Thank you so much! Can I also ask if you recommend I retake my MCAT?

No, a 4 time MCAT test taker is not a good idea.
Thank you for the advice. I will probably cancel my upcoming test. I'm not sure how else to improve my application with COVID. Do you know how good my chances are for getting into medical school (MD/DO) considering I am a 3x reapplicant this cycle?

The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have ~80% chance for a MD acceptance. It should be higher with a good school list so apply to all the schools I suggested.

No MCAT retake. Chances best for MD are in VA, but how have you improved since the last cycle ? EVMS will want to know this. I'm a bit less sanguine than the wise Faha.

I suggest:
U VM (maybe)
Albany
Rush
Drexel (maybe)
NYMC (maybe)
Temple
Tulane
Wayne State
Netter
SLU
EVMS
Seton Hall
Rosy Franklin
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
Loyola
WVU
MCW
Oakland-B
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)

Any DO school. I can't recommend Nova, Wm Carey, BCOM, ICOM and LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. LMU has an accreditation warning, which concerns me. CUHS is too new and appears to be too limited in rotations sites. UIW refuses to post their Boards scores, which is fishy.
Suggest all VCOMs (except LA), KYCOM, WVSOM, PCOM (both) both LECOMs, all Touros, UNECOM, NYITCOM
MUCOM
CUSOM
ACOM
KCOM
