You have several MD schools that are completely unrealistic. Dell admitted only 3 non residents last year and U Washington admits less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. Harvard and Yale are far reaches. You could add these MD schools:

On your DO list remove Michigan State unless you can afford the non resident tuition. You could add these schools:
