Homemaker. Graduated college in 2004. Been out of the workforce since 2006, raising kids. My family and I have decided to widen our net of places to apply. We do not want to live in the south half of the country.

Location: Oregon
Undergraduate institution: North Dakota SU
(Edit)Major: Biology and a minor in Chemistry
Reapplicant (applied to my state school last year)
MCAT: 520
Stats: 3.90 cGPA and sGPA
Have taken 16 credits recently at a CC, 4.0 there
Clinical volunteering: about 400 hours within the last 2 years in maternity ward, have volunteered in distant past in ED, surgery, and general inpatient medicine. 16 hours in pop-up free clinics
Non-clinical volunteering: tons, mostly family-oriented activities
Shadowing: 50 hours
Other: 1 publication (research I participated in as a student worker [computer animator, 5 years] regarding science education), have also worked in lower-level retail management. Childhood adversity was a yes (low SES is disclosed in my app, also grew up with parents with substance abuse issues which I have chosen not to disclose and not sure if I should?)

Edit: I mostly need help generating a school list.
School list:
Oregon Health & Science University

And maybe U of Minn, Mayo, U of Iowa? Only because I am familiar with those institutions and locations. We would also love to live in New England. (I don't want to go to UND and live in ND again!)

Are any of these institutions cross-offs because of my lack of research?
