  1. 3.20 cGPA and 3.13 sGPA (after retaking some pre-reqs at community colleges)
  2. First attempt: 505 (129/124/126/126), Second Attempt: 509 (127/123/129/130)
  3. NY (but am unsure if I still have residence there due to school and work)
  4. ORM/East Asian
  5. Top #35 US University
  6. Physical Therapy Aid, EMT, volunteer at clinic and hospital: ~2700 hours (includes clinical volunteering and paid clinical)
  7. Research: Basic science research only. ~40 hours pre-pandemic and ~2300 hours (most recent experience)
  8. Shadowing: IM, child neurology, neuro-oncology, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology: ~30 hours
  9. Non-clinical volunteering: Work with homeless children and miscellaneous organization volunteering hours from college: ~150 hours
  10. TA/tutoring for biochemistry course: ~100 hours, Peer mentor: ~20 hours

  12. 3.97 SMP GPA from a renowned SMP program, 1 Poster presentations (1st author) and a few publications ( mid-author) coming AFTER this cycle

For schools outside of your list (MD schools), would I be screened for my CARS subsection score? I was reading that most schools got rid of subsection screening.
