Washington state accepts very few Out of state applicants. I would suggest investing in MSAR for $20, it is worth it. Look at the schools that accept a good amount of out-of-state within your stats.
Here are a few I would apply to but again, invest in MSAR.
Einstein
Seton Hall
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
NOVA MD
Eastern Virginia
TCU-UNT
Creighton
St. Louis
Loyola

You'll be fine, you could probably apply to most OOS schools with a few T20s (though for the latter, your MCAT and research hours are a tad low, so wouldn't recommend going heavy on these). Really will come down to where you would like to apply geographically/school type wise. Just to throw some out:

UVA
VCU
Penn State
Albany
NYU
BUSM
Tufts
Dartmouth
USC
Tulane
FSU
Northwestern
UChicago
Vanderbilt
Pitt
Emory
U Iowa

There's plenty more but I would invest in MSAR and start narrowing it down based on geographically where you'd like to go. Don't get too top heavy as I think those are still reaches for you, but add a few in there with reasonable mid range schools where your GPA ~75th and MCAT >50th. You'll be set.

Delete Loma Linda unless you are SDA or extremely devout Christian.
Add IU, U WV and U Miami as they are AA-friendly. Delete UCR unless you're from the Inland Empire.
Fah's list should be added as well.
