Probably a long shot for top 20s, but you should be able to matriculate into a medical school as long as you applied to a broad range of schools including plenty of targets and safeties. What is your school list?

Sincerely,
515/3.82 M1

PS: Bioethics isn’t exactly unique. It is pretty relevant to medicine. I would say “unique” would be something like piano performance or accounting or something.

Why is bioethics unique? As long as you applied widely to a range of schools you should be okay. As to T20 ,who knows? It’s sort of a crap shoot. Did you use the MSAR to build your list? Oh and you might not hear for weeks or months after your application is complete. So find a hobby or a good book. It could be a long wait. Good luck!
