Where did you apply previously and how long ago? Any interviews or wait list?
And what have you done to significantly improve your application since your last application cycle?

Mostly to my school state only. I got a couple of interviews. 1 rejection and 1 waitlist. That was in the 2016/2017 cycle.

To improve my application I added the 300 hospital volunteering hours and the hospice volunteering. Additional 100 non-clinical volunteering and of course I have been working in the toxicology lab ever since i graduated in 2017. I am also planning to add another 20 shadowing hours. I also started a sports team at my work (50 hours).

Thanks for your response. Is that just a recommendation, or do you think that I will be a competitive applicant? I know that ECs and stats are not everything, but do you think I have a chance?

You could receive interviews at any of the schools I listed.
