Your MCAT puts you in a much better position for DO than MD so I think you need more DO's than MD's compared to your current list. Primary care exposure, since your physician shadowing doesn't have that?

UC Davis accepted one non resident last year (you will not be that one this year).
Tufts, Einstein, Emory are far reaches with your MCAT scores. These are realistic OOS schools for MD:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
New York Medical College
Seton Hall
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
NOVA MD
TCU-UNT
Creighton
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
You are competitive for all DO schools.

You need to be more realistic about your chances. MD schools are likely out of reach for you. Apply to 10+ DO schools, and you can spend money on MDs if you want, but I wouldn’t spend too much money on it. Possibilities are your IS schools and those on Faha’s list, but I still think most are out of reach for you. Your MCAT is too low.

Thank you, I will probably shoot my shot with some MDs and focus more energy on DO.
