Trying to apply to around 35 schools. Main concern is not having enough safety mid/low schools with standard ECs but nothing that would constitute an X factor. Would love any feedback on additions or removals.

I suggest these schools with your stats:
Harvard
Dartmouth
Brown
Boston University
Tufts
Yale
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
NYU

In case you think Faha’s list is top heavy due to your ECs, I want to say you have a good application. I think coaching athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities is admirable and something that interviewers will be interested in talking more about.

Agreed. Which sports?

Are you taking a gap year in order to get so much more hours as a scribe? What specialties?

Yeah, that is definitely one of my MMEs. I have just read too many stories of people who focus too much on reaches and end up having to reapply so I want all my bases covered.

Basketball and soccer . I am taking a gap year and started working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic since I have a light course load before I graduate.

If I do decide to apply to more, are there any from my original list I should remove?

Faha’s list provides about 38 schools. That is the max I would recommend applying as the secondaries will become a lot to handle past that.

Schools such as UNLV, Quinnipiac, Temple, and Rosalind Franklin are not a fit. The ones that are better fits already overlap on Faha’s list
