I'm wondering if anyone can help me with my current list of schools. (narrowing down as well as potential schools to add to the list)
I'm a 24 y/o caucasian female from CA applying in 2020 to MD schools
cGPA: 3.88
sGPA: 3.85
MCAT: 510
Major: Neuroscience
Undergrad: Northeastern University

Research:
6 month internship at Harvard Medical School Dept. Of Neurobiology (1 publication)
6 month internship at Pfizer Dept. of Neuroscience and Pain (no publication, but very solid LOR from my advisor)

ECs:
-50 (ish) hrs of nonclinical volunteer work for American Cancer Society
-300 clinical volunteer hours at a hospital in LA
-less than 20 hrs of nonclinical volunteer work at nursing homes in Boston
-over 1500 hrs of clinical work as ED medical scribe
-100 hours of nonclinical volunteer work at an afterschool program for at-risk youth

The schools I'm currently considering applying to:
University of Vermont
University of Miami
UC Davis
California Northstate College of Medicine
Loma linda
Kaiser Permanente School
Wake Forest
Georgetown
George Washington
NYMC
Albany Medical College
Drexel
University of Pittsburgh
Rush
UCI
University of Florida
Tufts
Penn State

I have a pretty good GPA, but my MCAT is on the lower side. Are there some on here I shouldn't even bother applying to? Any to add? Any and all feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

Pittsburgh and Miami are reaches with your MCAT of 510 and U Florida accepts very few non residents with your MCAT and no connections to the state. I suggest adding these schools:
Quinnipiac
Seton Hall
Temple
Jefferson
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
NOVA MD
TCU-UNT
Creighton
St. Louis
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
California University

State residency I presume is somewhere in New England, but let's be specific, please?

Why the California schools on your list?

State residency is California. I just did my undergrad in Boston

I'll have to confirm with the other people who like to give school lists. I will put a question mark in for Loma Linda because they may prefer applicants who are very religious, right (others who can read this thread)? You also need to check on community service expectations; Rush requires a lot of hours, and I'm not sure you have enough.

I’d consider adding a handful of DO for insurance.
