Remove Oregon since they admit few applicants with no connection to the state. Medical College Wisconsin and Wake Forest may "yield protect" with your stats. You could add these schools if they accept your 2020 MCAT score:
USF Morsani
Miami
U Chicago
Cincinnati
Dartmouth
Brown
Yale
Tufts
Boston University
Einstein

I'm sorry your reapplication didn't work out. I know you'll have to focus on an MCAT retake to maximize your list, but hopefully you'll do great.

So the Fulbright will help you. I don't know if it necessarily helps you on the non-clinical volunteering front, but it will help you stand out depending on what you were able to do on the fellowship. Describe what other activities you were doing.

Other than that, you need to do something domestically. Work with shelters, food distribution, job placement services, housing rehabilitation, or non-medical transportation for at least 150 hours. I don't know what you did with your Fulbright, but if there is anything that you can do in these areas related to your Fulbright work, that would be great. Avoid tutoring/teaching if you can, especially in STEM fields. If you can serve in an Asian community center (health and non-health resources), that would be very helpful.
